Transfer ownership.

Steps.

1.pumunta ako kung saan may lto malapit samin hingi ako ng request confirm ng mc na nabili ko at after 1 day nag followup ako dumating agad 1 day lang binigay sakin tas pina xerox ko na din ng 3pcs(libre po ito)

2.insurance naka name sakin 650. Yan inuna ko kaysa hpg kasi 1year validity. After 1 day emission naman kinabukasan kasi mahaba pila halos 3am ako pumupunta tanghali natatapos (650) dpende sa iba may 450

2.emission after insurance bayad sa emission 400

3.hpg clearance halos 1 week bago makuha napakahaba ng pila sa land bank at eto pinaka matagal. 300 bayad sa landbank

4 lto at yun ok na.

Requirements sa insurance xerox or cr at xerox deed of sale at id ng 1st owner w/ 3 sign at id mo dn kailanga valid parehas. Take note request mo sayo na iname ang insurance 871 binayaran ko dto kasama rehistro at penalty ng paso 1year

Sa emission ganun dn request mo sayo na iname pwede naman

After emission kinabukasan hpg requirements confirmation ng mc xerox at or cr at deed of sale at photo copy ng id nin1st owner at sayo w/3 sign

Sinama ko na din insurance xerox at emission

1week bago ma kuha yung hpg pero ok lang.

Last lto pag kompleto na lhat yan dun ka mag process kung saan ka humingi ng request ng confirmation ng nabili mo na motor at yun ok na lahat.

Finally!! Tapos na ang aking “Transfer of Ownership” Serye 😁

Eto exactly yung mga ginawa ko.

Disclaimer: This steps may not applicable for everyone.

Documents Needed:

-Orig OR & CR

-Orig and Notarized Deed of Sale

-Photocopy ng 2 Non Expired ID’s ng 1st owner w/ 3 specimen signature

-Photocopy ng 2 Non Expired ID’s mo w/ 3 specimen signature

-HPG Clearance

-Confirmation (only if malayo ang mother file mo)

-Insurance under your name (pero kung updated rehistro mo no need na)

1st Step:

Pumunta ko ng LTO 20TH ave. para sana kumuha ng confirmation kaso tinanggihan ako. (Kaya wag kayo pupunta dun). Lumipat ako sa LTO La loma para mag request ng “Electronic Confirmation” dahil sa tarlac pa yung mother file ko. Take note di nyo makukuha yung confirmation nyo in same day. In my case after 2 days tinexx ako ng LTO pwede na daw i pick up yung confirmation ko. (Walang bayad to)

2nd Step:

Pumunta ko sa HPG La loma malapit lang din sa LTO La loma. Nagpasa ng mga documents (Xerox lang kukunin nila, wag ibigay yung orig) binigyan ako ng order of payment na babayaran sa Landbank P 300.00) pagkabayad ko bumalik ako ulit sa HPG para ma stencil na yung kotse ko. After 3 days pa makukuha yung HPG clearance, so babalikan mo ulit.

3rd Step:

After ko makuha yung HPG Clearance ko dumeretso agad ako ng LTO La loma. Pinasa ko lahat ng Original Documents ko (orig na po kukukunin nila). Hindi nila tinanggap yung ID ng 1st Owner. Kaya pinakuha ako ng “Warranty” which is dun din pwede ipagawa sa tabi ng LTO 😁. Nagpagawa ako ng Warranty (P 250.00). After nyan bibigyan ka ng MVIR Form, dahil i stencil ulit yung engine mo.

4th Step:

Pinapasok nako sa loob para ipasa sa window 6 ang mga documents ko. Mabilis lang 30 mins lang tapos nako. May babayaran ka lang na (P 230.00) for transfer of ownership. Then release na ng OR at CR na naka name sakin 😊😊😊

Total: 780.00 (nag abot lang ako ng 100 sa nag stencil sa HPG + mga pa xerox ng mga documents)

Xerox 2valid id nng 1st owner with 3sign (Need hindi expired)

HPG clearance (Transfer of ownership/change color)

Binayaran ko sa LTO - 992

Note.

Kung same region mo ipprocess yang mga yan, no need na nng confirmation.

Kung nakalagay sa field office mo is new register unit, no need na nng confirmation.

Lahat nng documents nyo ipa-photocopy nyo nng tig-5pcs para di kayo magpabalik balik.

Step/process

  1. Kumpletohin ang mga requirements na nasa itaas. Affidavit(Law office) kung paso insurance/smoke test.

  2. Punta sa HPG office, humingi nng clearance na kailangan mo, may bibigay sayo na stub na babayaran sa landbank pagkabayad balik ulit sa HPG for stencil and picture then after 2days babalik ka sa HPG office makukuha mna yung clearance mo.

  3. Punta kana sa LTO for processing na nng transfer of ownership/color/register. Wag mahihiyang magtanong, kay manong guard or any personel don. Pasa sa window 1 requirements, then ipapastensil na unit mo check lights/signal lights/tail lights/horn/park light/headlight(bawal iba ibang kula/may basag) tapos pagkatapos istencil balik sa loob pasa window 6 tapos pagkatapos sa window 9 naman iccheck req. Mo then pagokay requirements mo balik ka sa window 6 then waiting kana sa window 10(Cashier) medyo matagal process nng transfership/change color kaya matatagalan tawag nng name mo. Wait mo tawagin name mo sa window 11 for releasing of new OR/CR.

  1. Bigyan ka form for stencil

3.hintayin tawagin pra papapasukin na sa lto sa loob,

  1. Ipapakita sa w 6(to check ulit papers)

  2. Ipapasa na sa window 12 (records)

  3. Tatawagin na for payment 329.pesos only

  4. After payment, ibabalik ulit sa kanila lahat ng papers then hintay matawag

  5. Then release na ng OR at CR under new owners NAME n.
