Bleach with chlorine

Bleach with chlorine should be handled with precaution.
If there is chlorine gas exposure while you are handling, even at low levels and short periods of time, it almost always irritates the eyes, throat, and nose that causes coughing and breathing problems, burning and watery eyes, and a runny nose. It can even have higher risks of exposure that can cause chest pain, more severe breathing difficulties, vomiting, pneumonia, and fluid in the lungs. At a very high levels it can cause death.
Chlorine can be absorbed through the skin, resulting in pain, inflammation, swelling, and blistering. Hydrochloric acid also causes burns to the skin, eyes, nose, throat, mouth, and lungs.

These are strong chemicals though it can be mixed. I have been using bleach with water and little soap and it does not have any side effect and is good for cleaning too. It’s just the smell. Can I mix it with vinegar?

When you think it won’t harm you or it doesn’t have side effects in the long run, you can use it. Just add bleach with water and a little mild detergent. Or just bleach and water or mild freshener instead.
