The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced on Tuesday, August 2 that it has suspended the issuance of Voter’s Certification at the Comelec – National Central File Division (NCFD)
In a document released by the Education and Information Department (EID), it has also suspended beginning August 1, frontline services.
The NCFD is located at the FEMII Building Extension, Cabildo Street cor. A. Soriano Avenue in Intramuros, Manila
