These are the ingredients in making spinach Florentine:
Poultry seasoning
Garlic
Vegan butter
Spinach
Oat or soy cuisine cream
Salt
Pepper
First melt vegan butter in a small sauce pan.
Add minced garlic and fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes. Mix in the cuisine cream, poultry seasoning, spinach and season with salt and pepper.
