For Android

  1. Some models will want you to go into “Settings” and encrypt the data.

  2. Then you want to do a factory reset by going into “Settings”

  3. Click “Backup and reset”

  4. Scroll all the way down and click “Factory data reset”

  5. Click “Reset device”
