How to delete iCloud backup on iPhone or iPad

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap the Apple ID banner at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap iCloud.

  4. Under iCloud, tap Manage Storage.

  5. Tap Backups.

  6. Click on the device whose backup you want to delete.

  7. At the bottom, click Delete Backup.
    VIII. Tap Close & Delete.
