To clear app cache and app data, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Select the desired application.

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Tap CLEAR DATA to clear app data. To clear the app’s cache, tap Clear Cache.
