To remove text messages from your Android lock screen, follow these steps.

  1. your Android device’s Settings app should be opened.

  2. Select Notifications > Apps & Notifications.

  3. Select Notifications on lock screen or On the lock screen from the Lock Screen setting.

  4. Decide to hide notifications.
