Desserts with only three ingredients are on the way!
Eton Mess:
Meringue, whipped cream, and strawberries make an Eton Mess. The strawberries should be chopped and the meringue should be smashed. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Pavolva:
Meringue nests, whipped cream/patisserie, and cut fruit make up Pavolva. Assemble the nest by putting the cream in the center and then adding the fruit on top.
Ice cream:
Ice cream is made using cream, sugar, and the fruit or flavoring of your choice (I like raspberries). Gently combine the ingredients in an ice cream maker, or pour into a tupperware and freeze for 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until firm.
Crepes/english pancakes:
Plain flour (all-purpose), eggs, and milk Mix everything together until a sloppy batter develops. Cook until brown in a thin layer in a frying pan over medium heat.
