How to Filipino BBQ Wings in Air Fryer?

:heavy_check_mark:1.5 lbs chicken wings with tips removed
:heavy_check_mark:1/4 cup soy sauce
:heavy_check_mark:1/4 cup ketchup
:heavy_check_mark:2 tbsp white vinegar
:heavy_check_mark:1/4 cup brown sugar
:heavy_check_mark:1 garlic clove, minced
:heavy_check_mark:1/2 tsp sea salt
:heavy_check_mark:1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients during a gallon bag and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.

  2. Coat air fryer basket in oil and place one layer of chicken in basket. Cook it at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and cook a further 10 minutes at an equivalent temperature.

  3. Increase the warmth to 400 degrees F and cook chicken for a further 5-8 minutes until wings have caramelized resulting a charred appearance. Repeat procedure with additional raw wings.
