INGREDIENTS:
1 pound pork belly
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
INSTRUCTIONS:

this is often one pound of side of pork , I cut it up to 3 different pieces, so it might cook more evenly and faster.

Generously coat the side of pork with vegetable oil .

Then salt the highest , coverall of the vegetable oil , it’ll all crisp up nicely within the air fryer.

Set the pan within the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (air fryer setting)

Then for the last 10 minutes, turn the warmth up to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 10 minutes.
