How to Replace/Duplicate Lost Driver's License

RE: Duplicate copy of LOST NON-PRO

📣 Gusto ko lang po ishare yung positive experience ko sa LTO Molino (Bacoor) sa FRC Mall.
Isang oras lang po inabot ng processing ng pag-apply ko ng duplicate ng non-pro ko. 10am - 11am.

📌Expenses incurred:

P 473. 73 - payment for the Duplicate

P 35.00 - transparent license holder

P 250.00 - payment for affidavit of loss sa nearby stalls

  • Verify fees from LTO branch near you to be sure of fees.

📌Process:

  1. Get affidavit of loss

    • MUST HAVE bago magprocess sa LTO.

  2. Bring photocopy of lost DL if you have, bring photocopy of 2 VALID ID’s. MUST BRING the original ID’s for verification.

  3. Present affidavit of loss, photocopies of legal id’s, present Original Valid ID’s to LTO officer outside LTO for verification. (NEVER TRANSACT WITH FIXERS)

  4. Enter LTO Site and wait to be called either for payment of fees, picture, details verification and release of DL.

📌Notes:

  1. Never transact with FIXERS.

  2. Wear facemask and Faceshield (MUST).

  3. Make sure to bring complete requirements para di sayang lakad.

  4. Don’t wear shorts or slippers esp kung first time kukuha ng DL. Don’t wear sando or sleeveless.

📌Reminders:

  1. Make it a practice na may soft copy/picture tayo ng lisensya natin. Or even photocopy. Malaki maitutulong nito lalo na kung katulad ko na mawala din DL niyo.
