ING Bank is widely used now as a digital bank. It is mandated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. They also have an application to be installed if you want to register. To make sure that you are installing the right application and searching for the right address, the logo’s design is a lion with color orange around it that says ‘do your thing’. They require primary identification such as Philippine Passport, UMID, driver’s license, and proof of address or else you cannot open an account. Though they are working on opening more acceptable identification card for registration.
You can transfer the amount you want to withdraw from ING pay account. You can withdraw at any local Bancnet ATM or Visa ATM worldwide. They require no maintaining balance and your funds are safe that can earn high interest. You can also link your account to online payments such as Wise transfer that you can withdraw later on.
