Requirements.
Orig OR/CR
Deed of Sale (Nakanotaryo na po dapat)
Xerox 2valid id nng 1st owner with 3sign (Need hindi expired)
Xerox 2valid id mo with 3sign.
HPG clearance (Transfer of ownership/change color)

(Transfer of ownership - 300)
(Change color -300)
(Inspection fee -200
Affidavit of Change color/body design - 200
Affidavit of Warranty - 200
Smoke test - 400
Insurance - 650
Binayaran ko sa LTO - 992

Note.
Kung same region mo ipprocess yang mga yan, no need na nng confirmation.
Kung nakalagay sa field office mo is new register unit, no need na nng confirmation.
Lahat nng documents nyo ipa-photocopy nyo nng tig-5pcs para di kayo magpabalik balik.

Step/process

  1. Kumpletohin ang mga requirements na nasa itaas. Affidavit(Law office) kung paso insurance/smoke test.

  2. Punta sa HPG office, humingi nng clearance na kailangan mo, may bibigay sayo na stub na babayaran sa landbank pagkabayad balik ulit sa HPG for stencil and picture then after 2days babalik ka sa HPG office makukuha mna yung clearance mo.

  3. Punta kana sa LTO for processing na nng transfer of ownership/color/register. Wag mahihiyang magtanong, kay manong guard or any personel don. Pasa sa window 1 requirements, then ipapastensil na unit mo check lights/signal lights/tail lights/horn/park light/headlight(bawal iba ibang kula/may basag) tapos pagkatapos istencil balik sa loob pasa window 6 tapos pagkatapos sa window 9 naman iccheck req. Mo then pagokay requirements mo balik ka sa window 6 then waiting kana sa window 10(Cashier) medyo matagal process nng transfership/change color kaya matatagalan tawag nng name mo. Wait mo tawagin name mo sa window 11 for releasing of new OR/CR.
