Hello!!! Sa wakas nakapag transfer din ng ownership ng mc ko after 4 yrs!!! Medyo kinabahan ako sa doble palaka kaya sinikap ko na mapatransfer siya ngaun sabay ng rehistro. Kala ko mahihirapan ako kasi expired na id ng seller.
Ito process na ginawa ko. Hpg at lto qc extension office.
- 10am Hpg clearance
-submit a copy of deed of sale with id of seller and buyer (with 3 signature) and o.r. c.r.
May stencil at picture taking with pnp.
Fees: 500 php pay to land bank - 11:30 am - Insurance na naka pangalan na sa akin with notaryo na certificate of warranty (not sure if para ba ito sa deed of sale ko na 2016 pa kasi)
Fees: 550 insurance
250 certificate of warranty with notary - 2:00 pm Emission.
Fees: 550 - 2:30 pm stencil and inspection
- 3:00 pm registry record. Ito na ung last for this day ang sabi itext nalang ako kasi 3 days process yun.
- 2pm After 2 days natext ako at agad ako pumunta ng hapon for payment na ng registration.
Fees: 625 - registration
150 - penalty late registrstion
50 - Tr of ownership - @ 2:30 pm released of new cr with or.
