Done Transfer of Ownership & Renewal of MV Registration

Share ko lang naging experience ko since first time ko magkaroon ng motor and di pa ako familiar sa mga process about rehistro ng motor sort of stuff.

June 17, 2020 - After lunch nagpa Notarize ng Deed of Sale (Php300). Requirements 2 valid IDs ng Vendor at Vendee with 3 signature each.

Drecho LTO Makati District Office para mag inquire ng other requirements sa Transfer of Ownership and Renewal ng MV Registration.

For Transfer of Ownership

  1. Original Certificate of Registration (CR) & Original Receipt (OR)
  2. Notarized Deed of Sale
  3. Photocopy of 2 valid IDs ng Vendor and Vendee with 3 signature each
  4. HPG Clearance - since NCR New Registration mother file ko, need pa ng confirmation of registration from mother file thru viber which will take up to a week of processing.
  5. MV inspection report form to be conducted by LTO personnel
  6. TPL insurance

For Renewal of MV Registration

  1. Emission Test with passed as remarks
  2. TPL insurance
  3. MV Inspection Report
  4. OR & CR

Since mahaba na ang pila sa hapon, minarapat ko na lang muna kumuha ng TPL insurance (PHP450)

June 18, 2020 - Nag process ako ng Registration Confirmation sa LTO Makati, maiksi lang pila pag maaga around 7:30AM.

Pa check muna ng documents para sa confirmation ng registration.

  • Nagpa MV inspection muna ako with LTO personnel. Dito ginagawa ang stenciling ng chasis and engine number pati checking ng mga signal lights ng motor.

Requirements for Registration Confirmation

Photocopy ng sumusunod:

a. OR & CR
b. Notarized Deed of Sale
c. IDs ng Vendor and Vendee with 3 signature each.
d. TPL insurance receipt
e. MV inspection report

  • Upon completion derecho na sa Records Section for submition. Sabi ng personnel ipapa viber pa ang documents and need ko mag follow up the following week. May binigay sila na landline number.

  • Around 9am since nagbakasakali ako kumuha ng HPG clearance sa Pasay. Ang eksana may pila siguro mga 20 katao. Nakipila na din and while nasa pila, bumili ng photocopied na form tig limang piso isa. Nung makapasok na ako sa office ng HPG, may nag evaluate ng documents. Kung ano yung hinahanap sa transfer of ownership, yun na rin ang pinakita ko. Ang ending binigyan kami ang payment slip worth PHP300 which can be paid sa LandBank. Ayun motor papunta sa Landbank Baclaran. After makabayad balik ulit HPG Pasay para magpalista. Guess what? July 6 na ang schedule for stencil and macro etching@_@. More than 2 weeks na pag aantay. May napagtanungan din ako na kukuha na ng clearance. After daw ma stencil mag aantay ulit 3 days para sa release ng clearance. Hmmm medyo matagal.

June 19, 2020 - pumunta sa emission testing center sa Makati ng 5am. Sad to know pang 104 na ako sa pila. 100 lang tinatanggap per day. Yung iba pala sobrang sipag 3am palang pumila na. Mabuti na lang kinuha pa rin name ng mga sumobra for that day para sa Lunes na transactions.

June 22, 2020 - pumila ulit 6am since nakalista na pangalan ko. Past 8am na din ako natapos lahit pang apat ako sa pila dahil matagal nag start. Cost PHP500

June 22-23, 2020 - panay tawag ko sa LTO Makati landline number to follow up my Registration Confirmation pero parating busy. May nabasa ako dito sa page na need talaga puntahan ang opisina para mag follow up.

June 24, 2020 - 7am Nasa LTO Makati na ako and thankfully nandun na confirmation of registration ko and sabi ng personnel magpa HPG clearance na ako. Then naalala ko July 6, 2020 pa pala appointment ko sa HPG pasay haha.

Ang ginawa ko? Syempre nagbakasakali na naman since madami post dito sa page na mabilis lang sa 20th Ave. HPG. Ang eksena. Around 8am dumating ako sa HPG 20th Ave. may nakapila. So pumila na din ako.

Nung malapit na ako sa counter nag announce na cut off na pala 6am pa. Swerte pa din kahit papaano kasi may dalwang slot na vacant para sa mga nag back out. Ayun nakuha ko ang isa.

Good thing yung form na filled up ko sa Pasay and payment sa Landbank tinanggap din. So mas nauna pa ako sa iba.

Requirements sa HPG clearance photocopy ng sumusunod:

a. OR & CR
b. Notarized Deed of Sale
c. IDs ng Vendor and Vendee with 3 signature each.
d. TPL insurance receipt
e. Landbank Receipt

Around 9am na stencil at na macro etching ang motor ko. Nagbigay na din ako ng tip sa gumawa ng proseso.

Around 11:30am na release ang clearance.

Motor na agad pabalik LTO Makati

Around 12:00noon derecho na ako sa personnel for evaluation ng documents. Then records section.

Requirements sa Transfer of Ownership and Renewal of Registration

Medyo natagalan lang ako sa LTO kasi nagkamali pag evaluate documents. Akala nung personnel transfer of ownership lang transaction ko. Kaya nagulat din ako bakit PHP230 lang binayaran ko. Nauna release ang CR ko.

Ayun na doble pagaantay ko na tumagal ng 3 hours lahat. Separate transaction pa ang renewal ko ng registration na nagkakahalaga ng PHP545

Around 3Pm natapos and na release na OR and Sticker 🤗😊😀
