New Process Driver's License Application

How Te Get a LTO Non-Professional Driver’s License: Requirements, New Procedures – August 2020

1.) STUDENT PERMIT (at least 1 month old to be valid)

  • Para makuha yan August 3, 2020 applicants onwards. You need to obtain 15 Hours Theoretical Instruction Training to any LTO accredited driving School and pass the 100 items exam. (of course there’s a fee ranging from 1500 PHP to 2500 PHP sa driving School plus LTO fees.

2.) 8 HOURS PRACTICAL DRIVING CERTIFICATE -

  • Para makuha yan you need to enroll AGAIN to any accredited LTO driving School that offers driving course depending on your restriction code. Aba syempre may bayad 🤣Kapag motor 3-5k kapag 4 wheels 6-10k plus LTO fees.

And take note the practical exam is graded so it depends on your skills if they will pass you or not. So it’s NOT like enroll ka then may instant certificate kana!!! esp Honda Driving School is kinda strict. Kapag bumagsak ka uulitin mo ang practical driving test at magbabayad ka ulit
so pili kayo ng driving School na hindi ganun ka-strict.
