Paano gumawa ng masarap ng Red Velvet Cupcakes? (14 Cupcakes)

Ingredients
:heavy_check_mark:1 1/4 Cup APF
:heavy_check_mark:2 Tbsp cocoa powder
:heavy_check_mark:1/2 tsp baking soda
:heavy_check_mark:1 tsp baking powder
:heavy_check_mark:3/4 cup melted salted butter (If unsalted maglagay ka ng ¼ teaspoon of iodized salt)
:heavy_check_mark:1 egg
:heavy_check_mark:3/4 cup white sugar
:heavy_check_mark:3/4 cup apc
:heavy_check_mark:1 Tbsp vinegar
:heavy_check_mark:2 Tbsp red food coloring

Frosting
:heavy_check_mark:1 Cup cream cheese
:heavy_check_mark:1/4 Cup powdered sugar
:heavy_check_mark:1/2 Cup Salted butter

Procedure

  1. Prepare mo ang cupcake pan at lagyan ng cupcake liner o paper cups. Preheat ang oven 350° fahrenheit.
  2. Pagsama samahin ang mga dry ingredients (Flour, Cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder) sa mixing bowl. Sift mo ng 2-3 beses para refine ang mga dry ingredients lalo na ang cocoa powder.
  3. Ihalo mo na ang melted butter, egg, sugar, APC, vinegar at food coloring sa dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Gumamit ng 3oz Ice cream scooper o piping bag para malinis at maganda ang paglagay sa cupcake pan.
  5. Bake it for 25 minutes hanggang luto na pero don’t over cook it para moist at medyo fudgey ang red velvet mo.
  6. Prepare mo ang pang frosting mo. Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Then add the butter tapos beat mo na naman hanggang kontento ka na sa mixture ng frosting mo.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool down by placing each in a wire rack.
    8.Apply the cream cheese frosting on top.
