Good news! I reached out to LTO Traffic and Safety Division in regards with traffic violations captured with dashcam footage. Attached is their reply.
It is a good thing that the LTO is willing to make appropriate sanctions against offending motorists (following due process).
So kung gusto niyong maparusahan ang pasaway na motorista, ipadala lang ang inyong captured dashcam footage sa iid.ltocentral@gmail.com kasama ang date and time at ang location kung saan eto nakunan. Mas mainam siyempre kung kita ang Plate Number ng nagkasalang sasakyan.
