Yes, this type of dish is eaten in some parts of the world. It may sound weird to others but it is delicious. With some, they can only eat the triangular one even the shell is hard to chop.
First is to soak the snails well for few hours, cut or chop the snails so it is easier to eat later on.
Next is put oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and ginger. Put the snails, add 3-5 cups of water then simmer. Add coconut milk, stir (optional: you can add alamang bagoong and chili). When it’s already cooked, add vegetables like moringga, spinach or any veggies you like.
