Cut the pork in desired size, add water, salt, cornstarch and egg for the ingredients to stick. Dip the pork again on cornstarch then deep fry.
Remove from pan. Next is add oil to the pan, put garlic, onion, bell pepper (it depends on the vegetables you want to add like cauliflower, longbeans). Add cup of water, cup of sugar, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Stir then add the fried meat, mix well then ready to serve.
