When lauching Micrososft Teams Client app, the loading page appears but nothing happens after that.
This problem is usually caused by broken configuration files or bad installation.
The issue can be solved by reinstalling the Teams app.
Please follow steps below.
- Close teams app completely (Sign out )
- Close completely outlook
- Check in task manager if all processes from teams and outlook are closed
- Uninstall teams app
- Open file explorer and delete the Teams folder located in : %appdata%\Microsoft
- Install teams app : https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
**If the Teams add-in is not displayed in calendar continue with the following steps.
- Close Outlook
- Log off from Teams and close Teams
- Open Teams and relogin
- Launch Outlook
