Teams meeting add-in does not appear in Outlook calendar

If the teams Add-in is not displayed in outlook, please do the following steps.

  1. Go to: Outlook > File > Options > Add-ins
  2. Check to see if Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in is listed under Active Application Add-ins
  3. If not listed, press Go button and in Add-ins available mark the checkbox or search for it to add it.

If the Add-in is available do the following steps below.

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Sign-out from the Teams app
  3. Close completely Teams app
  4. Start the Teams app
  5. Log in to Teams
  6. Start Outlook and check if the Teams meeting add-in appears in calendar.
