Vitamin C consumption

While working or studying, we should make our immune system stronger for our body to be protected from sickness. There is no reported overdose of Vitamin C but we should not exceed drinking 2,000 mg a day. It is recommended to drink at least 500 mg. to protect us from possible infection. In fact, it will save you from eating a lot of green vegetables like broccoli. Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid is responsible in repairing tissues, also for the growth and development of new tissues. It is also good for the cartilage, teeth, and collagen production.
