Watercress

Watercress is a growing perennial plant; a type of vegetable that is rich in antioxidant particularly carotenoids. It is good for the heart and it protects anyone from cardiovascular diseases, stroke, and also helps to lower blood pressure. It is rich in calcium and phosphorus. It may taste a little bitter but it is really good with a fish sauce and vinegar mixed with chopped eggplant and tomatoes. This can be eaten raw or half steamed, while you can taste the freshness in your tongue, expect more nutrients being absorbed in your body.
