Norway which is situated in the Arctic Circle, is called the Land of the Midnight Sun, where from May to late July, the sun actually never sets. This means that for around a period of 76 days, the sun never goes down
That is more than two months. Is that even possible without night? How do they sleep?
Darkness doesn’t naturally occur during the Arctic summer. Norwegians put eye masks, covered window glass, blackout curtains, and the like. They know that avoiding exposure to evening light is the most important key to being able to sleep well.
I though earth does not rotate in their area.
