Minor factors like full cache, low internal storage capacity, corrupted SD card could be the reason why your camera is not saving on your SD card.
I wonder what is the use of SD card when you have memory that will be full because it is not working
It is still better for you to have big internal storage on your phone. Consider that when buying. That is more important than the brand I guess.
