Why is fish healthier than other meats?

One of the safest protein options is fish.

Fish are usually lean. Exceptions, such as salmon and Chilean sea bass, are more oil/fat. But the caloric count is lower because it is slight.

And fish are an outstanding source of Omega-3 fatty acids which are really good for things like reduced blood pressure, triglyceride reduction, etc.

Every day, however, you shouldn’t eat fish too. Fish can build up in the body over time and cause a problem with toxicity in high levels of mercury. Some fish may also have contaminants full of them.

There should be a wide range of foods for a well-balanced diet.
