Why is the Indian Ocean the warmest?

The Indian Ocean doesn’t connect to the Arctic Ocean, which is the coldest ocean on Earth, this means that the Indian Ocean stays warm.

I have read on one article, it says the Pacific. Which is which?

I have also read about that. Pacific gives heat to the other Oceans. Maybe because Indian is said to be not connected to Arctic which is the coldest. Though I have also written on this site that the West Indian Sea is the warmest with 19°-28° Celsius. That is on the West part that is far from the cold oceans.
