Make sure you are following these steps:
1- select base dragon and drag into center
2- select rare ember
- THEN slots open up for the additional dragons -
3- drag each dragon you want in fusion into the 4 slots
4- click fuse
You must have the required amount of CYT in the game to complete the fusion, so be sure to double check!
